Will ExoRegal Car Mats Fit My Car?

Quality and fit is our top priority. Each set is custom-made according to your car's make and model to ensure perfect fit and supreme coverage.

How are returns handled?

WE OFFER RETURNS ON DAMAGED GOODS; NO SIZE EXCHANGES. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. We include a return address straight to the shop, to ensure a quick return. We do not do size exchanges, please double check the size upon checkout and email us at support@exoregal.com. We will respond within the day!

 

How long are the current delays?

We are currently seeing a delay on all deliveries during Covid, between 5-10 days. Please contact us about any problems, and we will inform you about your order.

 

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

As stated above we do not do item exchange, please carefully check the specifications before checking out.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Please include the item, packaging and label upon returning then email us at support@exoregal.com

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Standard fulfillment time is 3-5 business days.

 

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, FDA and USDA compliant.
